(Not literally, but close to it — that’s me at 9 months trying out a VR prototype.)

And in my 30 years of gaming, I’ve come to appreciate and respect the fact that any great video game is built upon its communities of passionate fans that I will help you connect with.

I’ve played League of Legends since 2010 (I main Heimerdinger!) and followed the professional scene since its inception, attending countless live events in multiple countries and building lasting friendships with other players across the globe. I know all of the legends, and I know how to make one in the eyes of the player base.

During my undergrad, I co-founded Super Smash ‘Side, a community club for the Nintendo game, Super Smash Bros. (I play Jigglypuff!) I hosted hundreds of tournaments for thousands of players in Southern California.

Livestreaming on Twitch.tv I reached the top 0.8% of viewership, mobilizing the community that I’ve built to raise over $14,000 in donations for the UC Davis Children’s Hospital by planning yearly 24 hour video game marathons.

In 2016, I graduated with my bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of California, Riverside before moving to South Korea shortly after graduation to open an educational consulting business.

My partner and I have helped over 350 international students achieve admission to their dream colleges by helping students discover what sets themselves apart from other applicants.

Over the last 8 years, I’ve become an expert at helping people define who they are, attained fluency in Korean, and a strong understanding of how to navigate between two distinct cultures — skills that I’m now putting to use helping esports competitors find their place in their teams, communities, and on social media.
